2-Year Warranty Policy

2‑Year Warranty on All Products

Every HFWVISION camera and NVR is covered by a 2‑year warranty from the date of shipment.

What's covered Manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use.

What's not covered Physical damage, water damage resulting from improper installation, unauthorized repairs or modifications, and damage caused by power surges or natural disasters.

How to make a warranty claim

1. Contact us and provide your order number, product model, serial number, and a detailed description of the issue.
2. Our technical team will perform remote troubleshooting first.
3. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will arrange repair or replacement:
   • If damage is caused by buyer‑related improper operation or misuse, the buyer shall bear all shipping costs.
   • For non‑human‑induced failures occurring within 6 months from shipment, the seller will cover the shipping expenses.
4. Repaired or replaced products will be shipped back within 10‑15 working days.
